No excuses for not doing this one. The only thing you need is a pistol, the ground and some grit. This is basically 50 burpees for time, except every 10 burpees you have to stop and fling some lead at the target. Here is how it works, you will have your WDT "Hit The Deck" target set up 12 yards away and your pistol loaded with 15 rounds sitting on a table in front of you. On the call of go you will hit the deck 10x, pop up, grab your firearm and fire 3 shots at the target. Repeat this four more times. Your hits will be subtracted from your raw time and you will get a final net score. Make the standard, get the coin. It's that simple.
