4 Weeks Till Hot is the perfect program for athletes entering the tactical fitness arena.  This program will leave you properly prepared for your first tactical games and help those with less experience advance to the next the level. This program is also great for athletes looking to make the most out of their limited time. The plan is 4 weeks long with 2 training days per week. This plan will consist of one fitness training day and one range training day. Range days will consist of marksmanship skills, and fitness training. The goal of the program is to increase base line fitness and acclimate shooters to competition shooting scenarios.

ICAMEREADY4

Our 8-week program is designed for intermediate to advanced athletes looking to improve their fitness and shooting capabilities. The additional time in our eight-week program allows athletes of all calibers to see improvements in strength and shooting. Training frequency is four times per week including one range day. Dry-fire training is also included in this program and will be added into non-range day trainings. The goal of this program is to provide athletes with a clear, measurable path to improvement.

ICAMEREADY8

This program is 3 months of intense training. If you are a serious and committed tactical athlete not ready to take the leap to remote coaching, this is the program suggested to you. Over twelve weeks athletes will increase strength, improve capacity,  and build endurance. Dry-fire and live-fire training will be objectively tracked so you can see your improvement!

WODdoc Tactical Hand Written Programs are 4 - 8 - 12 week roadmaps to improve your tactical fitness. WDT believes the current programs available to tactical fitness athletes are incomplete. They focus on a single aspect, firearms training or fitness training. This leaves athletes questioning how to properly marry the two disciplines. WDT Handwritten Programs remove the guess work and provides a complete blueprint by combining firearms and fitness training into one easy-to-follow plan.
