Our 8-week program is designed for intermediate to advanced athletes looking to improve their fitness and shooting capabilities. The additional time in our eight-week program allows athletes of all calibers to see improvements in strength and shooting. Training frequency is four times per week including one range day. Dry-fire training is also included in this program and will be added into non-range day trainings. The goal of this program is to provide athletes with a clear, measurable path to improvement.
